A little about what we offer:
Grains available: Nutrena, Purina, Coker Mills (Amber), Tribute, Blue Seal

Hays provided: NY or PA Orchard/Timothy Mix, Round bales are grass hay. Alfalfa is available for an additional fee.
​
We use pine shavings in the stalls. Stalls are cleaned daily, however; we are not responsible for self care.
​
There are 18 stalls, 2 tack rooms, feed room, used tack swap shop, and much more coming in the near future. We are a family owned and operated facility.
Trainer on site.
Riding Instructors are graduates from accredited schools.
We offer classes for first time horse owners to teach you how to properly care for a horse.
Stalls are 12 X 12 with good ventilation.

Dressage Arena (under construction) currently grass covered but usable.
100 X 150 Arena (under construction) currently grass covered but usable.
12 jump, jump course.
Individual Turnout or Herd turn out available
Heated and Air conditioned Lounge with Refrigerator and Microwave

Horses are treated like family.
Owners live on site and horses are monitored closely.

Self-Care – With self-care SPEC will provide a stall, daily turn in and out weather permitting, and dumping of grain and hay provided by owner as advised by owner.
​
Owner of said Horse(s) will be responsible for hay, grain, shavings and all other supplies to care for said horse(s).
Owner will be responsible for cleaning their own stall.
​
Rounds bales will be provided in the pastures when needed.
​
Cost: $250.00 a month per Horse.
If your horse runs out of grain or hay; there will be a $15.00 a day charge per horse to cover grain and hay.
Partial Board – With partial board SPEC will provide a stall, daily turn in and out weather permitting, daily stall cleaning and dumping of grain and hay provided by owner as advised by owner.

Owner of said Horse(s) will be responsible for hay, grain, shavings and all other supplies to care for said horse(s). SPEC will clean stall daily.
​
Round bales will be provided in pastures when needed.
​
Cost: $300.00 a month per Horse.
If your horse runs out of grain or hay; there will be a $15.00 a day charge per horse to cover grain and hay.
Full Board for Easy Keepers – Full Board includes stall, shavings, stall cleaning, daily turn in and out weather permitting, grain (up to 6 lbs daily) and hay twice daily (up to half a bale daily).

Owner of said horse is responsible for all other supplies, supplements etc. for said horse(s) care.
​
Round bales will be provided in pastures when needed.
​
Cost: $425.00 per month per horse.
Full Board for hard keepers - Full Board includes stall, shavings, stall cleaning, daily turn in and out weather permitting, grain (up to 12 lbs daily) and hay twice daily (up to one bale).
Owner of said horse is responsible for all other supplies, supplements etc. for said horse(s) care.
