Greenhorn Lessons are for youth 7 years and under.

• New enrollment will only take place the beginning of each month.

• Lessons will be rain or shine. 

• For ages 7 and under

• 4- 1-Hour Riding/Horsemanship lessons a month

• Make-up dates will be determined each month. 

• Cancellations must be at least 1 hour prior, or you will be charged.

• If anyone is sick in your home, please cancel and ask for a make-up date.

• All Greenhorn lessons are Semi –private (no more than 2 riders at a time)

• Billed monthly- Payments will be due the first of every month.

 

• Students will learn with:

• Lesson plans

• Challenge materials

• Study Guides

• Hands on demonstrations

• “Teach it back concept” (student has to teach back what they have learned.)

• Students will receive awards when they complete the Greenhorn program.

 

Greenhorns will have to opportunity to experiment with the different types of riding. Styles available - Hunter, Jumper, Dressage, Western pleasure, Speed Events, Trail. Most importantly they will learn safety.

Rising Riders Lessons (Purple thru Blue Levels)

 

•Lessons will be rain or shine

•4- 2-Hour Riding/Horsemanship lessons a month

•Group Lessons (up to 6 students) Billed monthly – Payments will be due on the first of the month

Students will receive awards for each level completed.

Students 7 and under must complete the Greenhorn level before moving onto Purple thru Blue Levels.
